Spokesmodel Program 2018 - 2020

What originally started off as the ROP Project has evolved into the Spokesmodel Program. Its all about working with the local talent here and around Scotland County to work on ideas and bring them to light. Featuring the talents of the models and makeup artist, the goal is simple, to push the boundaries of photography and create works of art.
